1C Cloud Exporter is a commercial software extension for 1C:Enterprise, developed by zmaxb. It enables users to automatically upload files generated by configured report distributions to their own Google Drive accounts.
The Application integrates with the existing report distribution functionality of 1C:Enterprise and supports automated file exports based on the user’s configuration.
Google Drive is currently the supported cloud storage provider.

How It Works
1C Cloud Exporter operates within the user’s 1C:Enterprise environment.
- The user configures a Google Drive connection and authorizes access through Google OAuth 2.0.
- The user configures the report distributions and specifies the destination Google Drive folder.
- 1C:Enterprise generates report files according to the configured distribution process.
- The extension uploads the resulting files directly to Google Drive.
- Export results and errors are recorded in the 1C:Enterprise information database.
Exported files are transferred directly from the user’s 1C:Enterprise environment to Google Drive. The Application does not route exported files through servers operated by the developer.
Google Drive Access and Permissions
1C Cloud Exporter uses Google OAuth 2.0 to obtain authorization from the user.
The Application requests the following permission:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file
This permission allows the Application to work with files it creates and other specific files made accessible to it through Google’s supported authorization mechanisms.
The Application does not request unrestricted access to all files in the user’s Google Drive.
Google Drive access is used only for the functionality described on this page and in the Application’s Privacy Policy.
Users may revoke access at any time through their Google Account settings.
Data Processing and Security
The Application runs within the user’s 1C:Enterprise environment and communicates directly with Google services over HTTPS.
OAuth credentials, connection settings, and technical export records are stored within the user’s 1C:Enterprise information database.
The Application does not transmit exported files, OAuth credentials, or locally stored export records to servers operated by the developer.
Access to locally stored information is governed by the security settings and permissions of the user’s 1C:Enterprise environment.

Licensing
1C Cloud Exporter is a commercial extension for 1C:Enterprise.
Purchase, activation, permitted use, updates, and technical support are governed by the license agreement provided with the extension.
Google Drive integration is provided without an additional service fee charged by the developer.
Google services and other third-party infrastructure may be subject to their own terms and applicable charges.
