1. General
These Terms of Service («Terms») govern the use of the Google Drive integration provided by 1C Cloud Exporter («Application»), developed by zmaxb («Developer»).
1C Cloud Exporter is an extension for 1C:Enterprise designed to automate the export of files generated by configured report distributions to Google Drive.
The Application operates within the user’s 1C:Enterprise environment and communicates directly with Google services without routing exported files through servers operated by the Developer.
By using the Google Drive integration, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Application on behalf of an organization, you are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to configure and use the integration on its behalf.
2. Licensing and Fees
1C Cloud Exporter is a separately licensed commercial software product. Its purchase, activation, permitted use, updates, and technical support are governed by the license agreement provided with the extension.
The Google Drive integration is provided without an additional service fee charged by the Developer.
These Terms do not replace the Application’s license agreement or independently grant a license to use the commercial extension.
Internet connectivity, Google services, infrastructure, and other third-party services may be subject to separate terms, costs, or usage limitations established by their respective providers.
3. Google Drive Integration
The Application uses Google OAuth 2.0 to request authorization for accessing the user’s Google Drive account.
The Application requests the following Google OAuth permission:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file
This permission allows the Application to create and manage files created by the Application and other specific files made accessible to it by the user through Google’s supported authorization mechanisms. It does not grant unrestricted access to all files in the user’s Google Drive.
The Google Drive integration supports the following operations:
- Uploading files generated by configured 1C:Enterprise report distributions.
- Creating new files in a configured Google Drive destination.
- Searching for files accessible to the Application by name and destination folder.
- Updating the contents of accessible files with matching names when the file replacement option is enabled.
- Retrieving technical information required to verify connections and perform export operations.
The availability and behavior of these operations depend on the Application’s configuration, the permissions granted by the user, and the capabilities of Google Drive API.
The Application does not guarantee access to files that have not been made accessible through the granted OAuth permission.
Google Drive operations may be subject to Google’s API limits, service availability, and applicable policies.
4. User Responsibilities
Users and organizations operating the Application are responsible for:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining the Application within a compatible 1C:Enterprise environment.
- Ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions to export, process, and store the selected data.
- Selecting appropriate reports, destination folders, export schedules, and file replacement settings.
- Managing access to the connected Google account and its stored files.
- Protecting locally stored OAuth credentials, connection settings, and technical records against unauthorized access.
- Maintaining appropriate security measures, database backups, and access controls for their 1C:Enterprise environment.
- Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies, including requirements for personal and confidential information.
Users should verify export settings before enabling automated operations, particularly when file replacement is enabled.
Export operations may create or update actual Google Drive files when a configured report distribution is executed, including during test runs in versions where test execution is not isolated from the Google Drive export process.
5. Data Ownership and Privacy
All rights to exported data remain with their respective owners or other lawful rights holders.
Using the Google Drive integration does not transfer ownership of uploaded files or their contents to the Developer.
The Application processes report files, Google Drive metadata, OAuth credentials, and technical information required for its functionality.
Exported files are transmitted directly to Google Drive. The Application does not transmit these files or OAuth credentials to servers operated by the Developer.
The collection, use, storage, transfer, retention, and deletion of data are described in the Application’s Privacy Policy:
1C Cloud Exporter Privacy Policy
Users and organizations remain responsible for the confidentiality and lawful processing of the information they choose to export.
6. Authorization and Disconnection
Users authorize Google Drive access through Google’s OAuth 2.0 authorization process.
Authorization may remain active to support automated export operations until the user revokes access or the authorization otherwise becomes invalid.
Users can revoke the Application’s access to their Google account through:
To stop configured exports, users should also disable the relevant export settings or report distributions within their 1C:Enterprise environment.
Revoking Google authorization does not automatically remove locally stored OAuth credentials, export history, or other technical records from the 1C:Enterprise information database.
Deletion of locally stored Application data should be arranged with the administrator responsible for the relevant information database.
Previously uploaded Google Drive files are not automatically deleted when the Application’s access is revoked or the extension is removed. Users may manage or delete those files through Google Drive.
7. Third-Party Services
The Application integrates with Google Drive and Google’s OAuth authorization services.
Google is an independent third-party service provider. Its services are governed by Google’s applicable terms, privacy policies, and technical limitations.
Relevant Google policies include:
1C Cloud Exporter is independently developed by zmaxb and is not an official Google product. Use of Google APIs does not imply sponsorship or endorsement by Google.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Google Drive integration is provided «AS IS» and «AS AVAILABLE», subject to the provisions of the separate commercial software license agreement and applicable law.
The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, continuous availability of third-party services, or compatibility with every 1C:Enterprise configuration or deployment environment.
Operation of the integration may be affected by network connectivity, Google API availability, authorization status, configuration changes, API usage limits, and other circumstances outside the Developer’s control.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and verifying that exported files are available and complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party services, unauthorized configuration changes, or improper use of the Application.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, statutory rights, or warranties that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
9. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the Application, its functionality, integration requirements, or applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
Material changes affecting the use of the Google Drive integration will be communicated as required by applicable law.
